Born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, Pastor Bradley Liebe attended North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he developed a deep passion for leadership and community service. This foundation has guided his extensive career, enabling him to lead organizations and inspire individuals effectively.

His career began in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as the Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. There, he organized weekly events to foster personal and spiritual growth among students, created educational curricula, and managed activities that promoted developmental growth.

In addition to his responsibilities at the church, Liebe coordinated significant events both in the United States and abroad, drawing hundreds to thousands of attendees. These large-scale events played an important role in mentoring young people and enhancing their personal and spiritual development.

In December 2000, Bradley expanded his professional reach by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he served as the Executive Director of a newly established faith-based technical college. He successfully led the institution to complete the enrollment of 50 international students in its first year and raised $2 million to fund its establishment and continued operations. His responsibilities included overseeing curriculum development and daily management, ensuring the college’s success.

Returning to the United States in January 2003, Liebe rejoined his previous church in Fort Myers as Assistant Senior Pastor. His leadership contributed to the church’s expansion from one to five regional campuses, involving major building projects and technology upgrades.

In 2009, Bradley took on the role of Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. There, he led the congregation to a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions, turning a significant budget deficit into a surplus.

In 2013, Liebe shifted his focus to the financial services sector, taking on the role of President of a firm specializing in financial services for seniors. His expertise has been crucial in helping seniors achieve economic security and plan for retirement.

Since 2008, Bradley has also been a professional speaker and coach, conducting seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and managing change. His seminars are known for their practical insights and have helped countless professionals enhance their skills.

In January 2014, Bradley Liebe took on the church's Executive Pastor and COO role, overseeing various ministries and operational functions. His leadership fosters a community based on love, truth, and sacrifice, helping individuals connect with and contribute to a broader narrative.

Liebe has been married since 1991 and is a father to three children. His personal life is deeply integrated with his faith and professional endeavors.
